We use all treated lumber for our fence framework including 4"x4" post and 2"x4" rails.

We use three rails to make the fence more durable as opposed to 2 rails which is common.

We install a treated 2"x6" toe board aka rot board at the bottom of the fence to protect the pickets from rot and damage by lawn equipment such as mowers, weed-eaters and edgers.

We set all 4"x4" at 16" into the ground and fill all post holes with cement.

We use a metal frame for our gates as opposed to wood frame.  This is a more durable frame that helps to prevent warping and sagging.

We can install fences with pickets that are 3.5" or 6.0" in either treated material or real cedar.

We can install the fence with an oper top on the pickets or a closed top that is know as a top rail.
